I/We hereby declare and state that we will abide by the Rules and Regulations of All India Pickleball Association (AIPA). We are aware that we will be de-affiliated for the following reasons:
a) Non-payment of yearly renewal affiliation fees.
b) Not abiding by the rules and regulation of AIPA.
c) In case the act of the affiliated organization/Club/Gymkhana/Academy/School/ Colleges brings disrepute to AIPA.
